- Order Information
- Once you have placed your order, you will receive an automatic e-mail confirmation acknowledging your order placement. Your credit card will not be charged until your order has been shipped. Important Note: All orders are subject to credit card authorization. When your credit card is authorized, your funds will be put on hold until the order is shipped. Once the order is shipped the payment is processed. Once your order is shipped you will receive a notification e-mail with the UPS tracking number and the expected date of delivery.

- We happily accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and PayPal. You can pay via checking account using PayPal. Important Note: All orders are subject to credit card authorization. When your credit card is authorized, your funds will be put on hold until the order is shipped. Once the order is shipped the payment is processed. Your billing information must be exactly as it appears on your credit card statement. If any of the information differs, the order will not be processed.
If your Shipping Address is different than your Billing Address, we are required to verify this information with your credit card company. As a result, your order may be subject to delay. Please allow 48 to 72 hours for the verification process. To help us expedite this process, we ask that you register your alternative shipping address with your credit card company. Be sure to mention this alternative address is for shipping purposes only.
- International Shipping
- All orders placed with PARISBELLA.COM are shipped via DHL/UPS/FEDEX and other express that require a signature upon receipt. All shipments are subject to item availability and credit card verification (your billing address must match the information on file with your issuing bank). For orders placed after 1 am, please allow an additional working day.
- Your credit card will not be charged until your order is shipped from our warehouse. PLEASE NOTE: The shipping costs below are approximate. Shipping rates depend on the distace the package travels in transit. You will receive a confirmation e-mail when your order has been shipped providing you with a tracking number. - PLEASE NOTE: For any international shipment, duties and taxes will be due upon receipt of the package. These fees are placed on imported packages according to each individual government policy. These fees are in no way associated with PARISBELLA. These fees are not placed on the package by us nor do we receive any portion of these funds. Thus these funds are not eligible for refund. If you refuse your package due to these fees, the amount of the re-import fees and transportation will not be credited back to your account as a restocking fee. In the case of international exchanges, brokerage fees will still apply.

- We take great pride in our reputation for the both quality of our merchandise and our excellent customer service. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with a purchase, we will assist you with a prompt refund in the form of store credit or for the same style in a different size or color when available.
- SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS ARE NOT RETURNABLE.

within two (2) business days of the dress being delivered to you. Please try the dress on when it arrives to ensure you have the size you want. Packages must be postmarked within five (5) business days from delivery arrival.
- No packages shipped back to us will be accepted without an RMA number that you can get from us through email request. This number must be clearly visible on the outside of the box.
- We recommend that you insure the return shipment as you are under a duty to take reasonable care of the goods and will be liable for damage to them until we receive them at our factory in china. We also recommend that you use a secure, trackable means to return your order to us. Please note that you must cover the cost of the return shipment.
- All returned dresses will be carefully inspected. Any sign of wear, any amount of smell, stain, pet hair, missing or sign of wear showing on tag will disqualify for exchange/store-credit, and will be returned at customers expense.
- -- Refunds
- Refunds are issued in the form of store credit that you can use to make a future purchase. This store credit is valid for period of 3 months.
- Shipping Charges; Insurance; Customs duties; Expedite charges; Surcharges etc are not eligible for store credit.
- When a customer receives the free shipping promotion, any or all items returned will be subject to original shipping charges (€15 for each item).
- You will receive a confirmation email or letter. Refunds will be issued as store credit.
- -- Exchange
- We make the first exchange at no additional cost. We must receive and inspect your exchange before we can send a replacement item. If you need your exchange sooner, we suggest placing a new order for the needed replacement item(s) and return the item(s) you already received. This process is recommended because the desired item(s) may be out of stock by the time we receive your return. Because we work with a variety of specialty fabrics, we tend to run out of certain fabrics very quickly. By ordering again, it ensures that you will receive your replacement item(s) quickly. If receiving the exchange is not time critical, please let us know on the form below what Style#, Color, and Size you would like in exchange for your returned item.
- Please fill out the Return/Exchange form in it’s entirety and indicate what items you are returning as well as what you would like in exchange or if you would like a refund.

- All dress orders canceled within 24 hours of purchase will be eligible for a full refund. All dress order canceled after 24 hours of purchase will be eligible for partial refund (50%). Once your order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.
